 I have been a real estate agent since 2017 when I got her license and joined Berkshire Hathaway as a broker. The reason behind becoming a real estate agent was to have a more open schedule which was very important to her since I greatly value spending time with my family and friends. I  wanted to be able to work at my own pace but at the same time make a great amount of money, and I found the perfect opportunity in real estate. I specializes in high-end real estate but I can also do a couple handpicked single family homes, and commercial transactions. I enjoy this job/career, not because of money, but rather because of all the connections it has allowed me to make and the fact that I am helping so many people reach their goals/dreams. I also enjoy keeping up with market trends, updates, and even the paperwork behind all the transactions. I had a background in law, so I became very familiar with communication and contracts and this really helped me to set up my career in the right way. She mentions that many realtors struggle with this aspect, and it really annoys her since more often than not I find myself doing both sides of the transaction.
